In summary, the information you give us is used to make the App work for you, ensure your friends and family get notified about moments you share with them and to occasionally get in touch via email to let you know about new features or updates. 1. INFORMATION COLLECTED
We may collect and process the following information about you:
(a) Personal information when you register with us via our website (“Site”) or application (“App”) and when you use any of our products or services. Personal information is any information about you that is personally identifiable, such as your name, address, email address or phone number, login credentials to your social network accounts (if you choose to connect those accounts with your Arkiver account), and any other information that is not otherwise publicly available. Personal information also includes email addresses of friends and family who you share your collections and moments with.
(b) Information you provide to us when you contact us by telephone or in writing.
(c) Information relating to your devices, including your browser type, device model, operating system, unique device identifier, IP address, mobile phone number, mobile network carrier, location, and your event activity on Arkiver.
(d) If you pay for products or services, we will require your credit card information and billing address and may require your shipping address.
2. COOKIES AND SIMILAR TECHNOLOGIES
We use your information for the following purposes:
(a) Provide services or products you request.
(b) Process and complete any transactions.
(c) Monitor and analyze usage and trends, and personalize the Site and App and increase their functionality and user friendliness.
(d) Respond to your emails, submissions, questions, comments, requests, and complaints and provide customer service; notify you about changes to our services.
(e) Allow you to add your location to your posts.
(f) Send you confirmations, updates, security alerts, and support and administrative messages and otherwise facilitate your use of, and our administration and operation of, our services.
(g) Connect with your friends (when instructed by you).
(h) Let your friends know about moments and collections you have shared with them.
(i) Ensure that content from our App is presented in the most effective manner for you and your device.
(j) Any other purpose for which the information was collected.
We use third party information you provide to us solely to provide services you specifically request. For example, to share your moments electronically, you can send an email invitation to your selected recipients that contains a link allowing them to view or save your moments. If you use one of our referral programs to refer your friends and family, we will use their email addresses to send your invitation.
4. INFORMATION SHARING WITH THIRD PARTIES
We will not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes unless we have procured your express consent to do so. We may, however, share personal information internally and:
(a) With service providers who require access to your personal information only to perform services in connection with the operation of our site and are obligated not to disclose it or use it for any other purposes.
(b) With your connected users on the App according to the preferences set in your account.
(c) With certain social networking services, if you allow such sharing through our services.

You have the right and ability to edit your account information on our Sites and Apps at any time. If you do not wish to receive communications from us, please select the opt-out option in our emails, or amend your preferences in your account settings. We do reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the services we provide, such as service announcements and administrative messages.

YOUR ACCESS AND CONTINUED USE OF ANY OF OUR SITES AND APPS SIGNIFIES YOUR EXPLICIT CONSENT TO THIS WAIVER.
